  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! They just recently made a HUGE mistake and deposited A LOT of money into my account that wasn't mine, causing many problems to my checking account and when I called to address this, they said there was nothing they could do. Interesting how a bank is expected to go through all of these different steps to confirm identity but yet, they aren't held accountable when they don't. Apparently this happened at the Farmingville branch, and when I called yesterday to address the issue at 4:30, I was left on hold for "a manager at that branch" until 5, conveniently when they close! I was supposed to get a call back today and funny thing is, I NEVER did. Teacher's Federal Credit Union, thanks for the professionalism. I will be taking this even further now, when it could have simply been resolved!
